At SBM offshore a uniform dashboard has been developed for all large capex projects. With training of project managers and project control staff on planning, financial management, risk awareness and contractual knowledge the overall competence level of project execution has been lifted to a new level.

 

Seanergy has advised Mammoet Holding on various improvement tracks by means of pain &gain statements. Major achievement was the committment of all board members to the improvement tracks which are now being implemented by a new staff member of Mammoet.
